- 6 potatoes, peeled and diced
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Place potatoes in a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- In a medium bowl, mix together the melted butter, salt and pepper.
- Stir in sour cream and soup until blended.
- Pour over potatoes.
- Sprinkle with cheese.
- Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 1 hour.
