Cheesy Baked Poleā€¦
Ingredients
  • 2 cups vegetable or chicken broth
  • 1 cup polenta
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. Bring the broth to a boil in a medium saucepan.
  3. Stir in the polenta and salt.
  4. Reduce heat to low and cook, stirring constantly, for 5 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat and stir in the Parmesan cheese and butter.
  6. Pour into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
  7. Bake for 25 minutes, or until golden brown.
  8. Cut into squares before serving.
