- 2 cups vegetable or chicken broth
- 1 cup polenta
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Bring the broth to a boil in a medium saucepan.
- Stir in the polenta and salt.
- Reduce heat to low and cook, stirring constantly, for 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat and stir in the Parmesan cheese and butter.
- Pour into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
- Bake for 25 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Cut into squares before serving.
