- 1 (18-ounce) tube prepared polenta
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Cut the polenta into 12 slices.
- In a small bowl, mix together the mozzarella, ricotta, Parmesan and Italian seasoning.
- Spread the mixture evenly on top of each slice of polenta.
- Roll up each slice and place in a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
