Cheesy Baked Pole…
Ingredients
  • 1 (18-ounce) tube prepared polenta
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Cut the polenta into 12 slices.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together the mozzarella, ricotta, Parmesan and Italian seasoning.
  4. Spread the mixture evenly on top of each slice of polenta.
  5. Roll up each slice and place in a greased baking dish.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
