Cheesy Bacon Stuf…
Ingredients
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped celery
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 3 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 24 large fresh mushrooms

Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a baking sheet.
  2. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Saute onion, celery and garlic until tender.
  3. In a medium bowl, mix together cream cheese, Cheddar cheese, bacon and garlic salt. Stir in the sauteed vegetables.
  4. Remove stems from mushrooms. Stuff mushroom caps with the cheese mixture.
  5. Arrange mushrooms on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes in the preheated oven.
  6. Serve hot.
