- 4 medium potatoes
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, grated
- 3 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- Preheat oven to 400F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cut potatoes into wedges and place in a large bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and toss to coat.
- In a small bowl, combine garlic powder, paprika, and salt. Sprinkle over potato wedges and toss to coat.
- Spread potato wedges onto the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes.
- Sprinkle cheddar cheese and bacon over the wedges. Bake for an additional 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
- Serve warm.
