- 1 cup cooked macaroni
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, divided
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled, divided
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease a 24-cup mini muffin tin with cooking spray.
- In a medium saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Whisk in flour, salt, pepper and garlic powder until smooth.
- Whisk in milk until thickened and bubbly. Remove from heat and stir in 1/2 cup cheese and all of the bacon.
- Stir in macaroni until combined.
- Spoon mixture into prepared muffin tin cups. Sprinkle remaining cheese over tops of each.
- Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
