Cheesy Bacon Mac …
Ingredients
  • 1 cup cooked macaroni
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, divided
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled, divided

Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease a 24-cup mini muffin tin with cooking spray.
  2. In a medium saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Whisk in flour, salt, pepper and garlic powder until smooth.
  3. Whisk in milk until thickened and bubbly. Remove from heat and stir in 1/2 cup cheese and all of the bacon.
  4. Stir in macaroni until combined.
  5. Spoon mixture into prepared muffin tin cups. Sprinkle remaining cheese over tops of each.
  6. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
