- 6 large eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt and pepper.
- Spray a 9-inch pie plate with cooking spray.
- Pour egg mixture into the prepared pan.
- Sprinkle bacon and cheese over the top of the egg mixture.
- Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until center is set. Serve warm.
