- 2 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease bottom and sides of 9-inch springform pan.
- In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until blended.
- Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition.
- Blend in vanilla and salt.
- Stir in sour cream and heavy cream.
- Pour into prepared pan.
- Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until center is almost set. Cool completely.
- Refrigerate several hours or overnight before serving.
