Cheeseburger Maca…
Ingredients
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped green pepper
  • 1 can (10-3/4 oz.) condensed tomato soup, undiluted
  • 1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce
  • 2 cups uncooked elbow macaroni
  • 2 cups (8 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese, divided

Steps
  1. In a large skillet, cook beef, onion and green pepper over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain. Stir in soup and tomato sauce. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 10 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, cook macaroni according to package directions; drain.
  3. In a greased 2-qt. baking dish, layer half of the macaroni, beef mixture and 1 cup cheese.
  4. Repeat layers. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
  5. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly.
