Cheese and Tomato…
Ingredients
  • 2 Flour Tortillas
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/4 cup diced tomatoes

Steps
  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Place one tortilla in the skillet and sprinkle with cheese and tomatoes. Top with the other tortilla.
  2. Cook for 2-3 minutes until lightly browned on the bottom. Flip and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  3. Slice into wedges and serve.
