- 2 Flour Tortillas
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
- Heat a skillet over medium heat. Place one tortilla in the skillet and sprinkle with cheese and tomatoes. Top with the other tortilla.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes until lightly browned on the bottom. Flip and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Slice into wedges and serve.
