Cheese Omelette
Ingredients
  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • 1/2 cup of grated cheese

  1. Whisk the eggs in a bowl and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Melt the butter in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
  3. Add the eggs to the pan and stir until they start to set.
  4. Sprinkle the cheese over the eggs and fold them over.
