- 1 lb. Swiss cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons kirsch (optional)
- In a medium-sized bowl, mix together the shredded cheese and cornstarch.
- In a large pot over low heat, combine the wine and garlic. Heat until warm.
- Add the cheese mixture to the pot and stir until melted.
- Stir in the kirsch (if using).
- Serve warm.
