Cheese Fondue
Ingredients
  • 1 lb. Swiss cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup white wine
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons kirsch (optional)

Steps
  1. In a medium-sized bowl, mix together the shredded cheese and cornstarch.
  2. In a large pot over low heat, combine the wine and garlic. Heat until warm.
  3. Add the cheese mixture to the pot and stir until melted.
  4. Stir in the kirsch (if using).
  5. Serve warm.
