- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 6 tablespoons cold butter, cut into small cubes
- 3/4 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 3 tablespoons cold water
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, garlic powder, onion powder and salt.
- Using a pastry blender or two knives, cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Stir in cheese and water until dough comes together. Divide dough into two balls and flatten each into a disk.
- Roll out each disk on a lightly floured surface to 1/8-inch thickness. Cut the dough into desired shapes with cookie cutters.
- Place crackers on prepared baking sheet. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool before serving.
