Cheese Crackers
Ingredients
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 6 tablespoons cold butter, cut into small cubes
  • 3/4 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • 3 tablespoons cold water

Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, garlic powder, onion powder and salt.
  3. Using a pastry blender or two knives, cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  4. Stir in cheese and water until dough comes together. Divide dough into two balls and flatten each into a disk.
  5. Roll out each disk on a lightly floured surface to 1/8-inch thickness. Cut the dough into desired shapes with cookie cutters.
  6. Place crackers on prepared baking sheet. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Let cool before serving.
