- 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 (2.25 ounce) can chopped ripe olives, drained
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped onion
- In a medium bowl, mix together cream cheese, olives and onion.
- Form into one large ball or several small balls.
- Roll in nuts or parsley.
- Chill until firm.
- Serve with crackers
