Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup popcorn kernels
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1/4 cup grated cheddar cheese

Steps
  1. In a large pot, heat the oil over medium-high heat. Add the popcorn kernels and cover the pot. Shake the pot occasionally to prevent burning.
  2. Once the popping has slowed down to a few pops every few seconds, remove from heat and set aside.
  3. Melt butter in a medium saucepan over low heat. Once melted, add the grated cheddar cheese and stir until completely melted.
  4. Pour cheese mixture over popcorn and stir until evenly coated.
  5. Enjoy!
