- 2 cups whole wheat flour

- 3/4 cup warm water

- Add the warm water and mix until a soft dough forms.
- Knead the dough for about 8 minutes, adding more flour if needed.
- Cover and let the dough rest for 10 minutes.
- Divide the dough into 8 equal pieces and roll each piece into a thin round.
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Place one chapati in the skillet and cook for 1 minute.
- Flip the chapati over and cook for an additional minute or until lightly browned. Repeat with remaining chapatis.
