Chai Tea
Ingredients
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 teaspoon black tea leaves
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 cardamom pods, crushed
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 3 whole cloves
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger

Steps
  1. Bring water to a boil in a small saucepan.
  2. Add tea leaves, honey, cardamom, cinnamon stick, cloves and ginger.
  3. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Strain mixture into a cup.
  5. Enjoy!
