Celery Salad
Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup diced celery
  • 1/4 cup diced onion
  • 1/4 cup diced red bell pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Steps
  1. In a medium bowl, mix together the celery, onion and red bell pepper.
  2. Add the olive oil, white wine vinegar and salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Stir to combine.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
