Cauliflower Rice
Ingredients
  • 1 head of cauliflower
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Steps
  1. Rinse the cauliflower and cut into florets.
  2. Place florets in a food processor and pulse until it resembles rice-sized pieces.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  4. Add the cauliflower and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the cauliflower is tender.
  6. Serve hot.
