- 1 head cauliflower
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C).
- Cut cauliflower into florets, and pulse in a food processor until the texture of rice. Cook in microwave for 8 minutes.
- Mix cauliflower, mozzarella cheese, egg and Italian seasoning together in a bowl. Press mixture onto a pizza pan.
- Bake in preheated oven until golden brown, about 15 minutes.
