Cauliflower Pizza…
Ingredients
  • 1 head cauliflower
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C).
  2. Cut cauliflower into florets, and pulse in a food processor until the texture of rice. Cook in microwave for 8 minutes.
  3. Mix cauliflower, mozzarella cheese, egg and Italian seasoning together in a bowl. Press mixture onto a pizza pan.
  4. Bake in preheated oven until golden brown, about 15 minutes.
