Carrot Sticks
Ingredients
  • 4 large carrots
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Steps
  1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Cut the carrots into sticks, about 3 inches long.
  3. Toss the carrots in olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Spread the carrots in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 15 minutes, stirring once halfway through.
  6. Serve warm.
