Carrot Fries
Ingredients
  • 3 carrots
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Cut the carrots into thin fry shapes.
  3. In a bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt and pepper.
  4. Toss the carrots in the mixture until evenly coated.
  5. Spread the carrots onto a baking sheet in a single layer.
  6. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Serve warm.
