- 3 carrots
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Cut the carrots into thin fry shapes.
- In a bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt and pepper.
- Toss the carrots in the mixture until evenly coated.
- Spread the carrots onto a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve warm.
