Carnitas Tacos
Ingredients
  • 2 lbs pork shoulder
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp oregano
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Steps
  1. Cut pork shoulder into cubes.
  2. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add the pork cubes and onion.
  3. Add the garlic powder, cumin, oregano, salt and pepper.
  4. Cook until the pork is cooked through and browned.
  5. Serve in warm tortillas with your favorite toppings.
