- 2 lbs pork shoulder
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Cut pork shoulder into cubes.
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add the pork cubes and onion.
- Add the garlic powder, cumin, oregano, salt and pepper.
- Cook until the pork is cooked through and browned.
- Serve in warm tortillas with your favorite toppings.
