- 1/2 cup butter
- 2/3 cup packed brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons light corn syrup
- 3 cups popped popcorn
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9 inch pie plate.
- In a medium saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in brown sugar and corn syrup. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Boil for 2 minutes.
- Remove from heat and stir in popcorn and baking soda. Pour mixture into prepared pie plate.
- Bake for 10 minutes in the preheated oven. Cool completely before serving.
