- 1 cup butter
- 2 cups light brown sugar
- 1/2 cup light corn syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 6 cups popped popcorn
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a medium saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add brown sugar and corn syrup; stir until combined.
- Bring mixture to a boil and boil for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla and baking soda.
- Pour over popcorn and mix well until all the popcorn is coated.
- Spread evenly into a greased 9x13 inch pan. Bake for 10 minutes.
- Let cool before cutting into bars.
