Ingredients
  • 1 cup butter
  • 2 cups light brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup light corn syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 6 cups popped popcorn

Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. In a medium saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add brown sugar and corn syrup; stir until combined.
  3. Bring mixture to a boil and boil for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla and baking soda.
  5. Pour over popcorn and mix well until all the popcorn is coated.
  6. Spread evenly into a greased 9x13 inch pan. Bake for 10 minutes.
  7. Let cool before cutting into bars.
