- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 (10.5 ounce) package mini marshmallows
- 2 tablespoons light corn syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 6 cups popped popcorn, divided
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, combine the melted butter, marshmallows, corn syrup and vanilla extract.
- Stir in 4 cups of the popcorn until evenly coated.
- Press into the prepared baking dish.
- Bake for 10 minutes in the preheated oven.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle with remaining 2 cups popcorn.
- Return to oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes or until golden brown.
