Caramel Chocolate…
Ingredients
  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts

Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  2. In a large bowl, cream together butter, brown sugar and white sugar until smooth.
  3. Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla.
  4. Combine the flour, baking soda and salt; stir into the creamed mixture.
  5. Stir in the chocolate chips and nuts.
  6. Drop by rounded spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets.
  7. Bake for 9 to 11 minutes in the preheated oven. Cookies should be golden brown around the edges.
  8. Cool for 5 minutes on cookie sheets before transferring to wire racks to cool completely.
