- 2/3 cup unpopped popcorn kernels
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup light brown sugar, packed
- 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- In a medium-sized pot, melt butter over medium heat. Once melted, add the popcorn kernels and stir to coat.
- Cover the pot with a lid and cook for 3-5 minutes, or until all of the kernels have popped.
- In a small bowl, combine the brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt. Stir together until combined.
- Once the popcorn is finished popping, pour it into a large bowl. Drizzle with the melted butter and sprinkle with the spice mixture.
- Stir to combine and enjoy!
