Caramel Apple Cru…
Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 2 cups finely chopped apples
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1 unbaked 9-inch deep-dish pie crust
  • 1/2 cup caramel ice cream topping

Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). In a medium bowl, mix together the melted butter, apples, sugar, flour, cinnamon, salt and nutmeg.
  2. Pour mixture into the pie crust. Drizzle caramel topping over the top.
  3. Bake in preheated oven for 35 to 40 minutes, or until golden brown.
  4. Cool before serving.
