- 2 slices of bread
- 2-3 slices of fresh mozzarella cheese
- 3-4 slices of fresh tomatoes
- 1-2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of balsamic vinegar
- salt and pepper to taste
- Toast the bread in a toaster or on a hot skillet.
- Place the cheese, tomatoes and olive oil on top of one slice of bread.
- Drizzle the balsamic vinegar over the sandwich.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Top with the other slice of bread.
- Cook in a hot skillet until golden brown on both sides.
- Serve warm.
