- 1 cup cooked sushi rice
- 1/2 cucumber, cut into thin strips
- 1/4 avocado, cut into thin strips
- 1/4 cup cooked crab meat, or imitation crab meat
- 4 sheets nori seaweed
- Place a sheet of nori on a sushi rolling mat.
- Spread the sushi rice evenly over the nori.
- Place the cucumber, avocado and crab in the center of the nori.
- Using the mat, roll up the ingredients tightly to form a log shape.
- Repeat with remaining ingredients.
- Cut each roll into 8 pieces and serve.
