- 4 catfish fillets
- 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oil for frying
- Combine the Cajun seasoning, flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt and pepper in a shallow dish.
- Dip each catfish fillet into the mixture to coat.
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Fry the catfish for about 10 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Serve hot.
