- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- Freshly ground black pepper to taste
- 1/2 head romaine lettuce, chopped into bite-size pieces
- 1/2 cup croutons
- 3 tablespoons freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 10 medium shrimp, cooked and peeled
- In a small bowl, whisk together garlic, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, olive oil, salt and pepper.
- In a large bowl, combine lettuce and croutons.
- Drizzle dressing over the salad and toss to coat.
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the top of the salad.
- Top with shrimp and serve.
