- 3 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 (9 inch) unbaked pie crust
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Beat eggs in a medium bowl.
- Mix in sugar, butter, flour, buttermilk and vanilla. Pour into unbaked pie shell.
- Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 40 to 50 minutes.
- Cool before serving.
