Place the chicken breasts in a shallow dish and pour the buttermilk over them. Sprinkle with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika and Italian seasoning and stir to coat.
In a separate shallow dish, mix together the flour and olive oil until it is completely combined.
Remove each chicken breast from the buttermilk mixture and dredge it in the flour mixture. Place each breast onto a greased baking sheet.
Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
