- 4 boneless chicken breasts
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- In a shallow bowl, combine buttermilk, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt and pepper.
- Dip each piece of chicken in the buttermilk mixture, coating both sides.
- Place chicken in the greased baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
- Serve with desired sides.
