- 2 bunches of greens (collards, kale, or chard)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Wash and dry the greens.
- Cut off the stems and discard.
- Chop the leaves into 2-inch pieces.
- Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add the butter and wait for it to melt.
- Add the greens to the skillet and stir to coat with butter.
- Cook until the greens are wilted, about 5 minutes.
- Season with salt and stir to combine.
- Serve warm.
