- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup water
- In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the sugar and water and stir until dissolved.
- Bring to a boil and reduce heat to low. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat and let cool.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 weeks.
