Butter Syrup
Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup water

Steps
  1. In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
  2. Add the sugar and water and stir until dissolved.
  3. Bring to a boil and reduce heat to low. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat and let cool.
  5. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 weeks.
