- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 teaspoons garam masala
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
- 1 (14.5 ounce) can tomato sauce
- 3/4 cup heavy cream
- Heat butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken cubes and cook until browned.
- Add onion and garlic and cook until softened.
- Stir in garam masala, cumin, coriander, paprika, and cayenne pepper. Cook for 1 minute.
- Pour in tomato sauce and simmer for 15 minutes.
- Stir in cream and simmer for an additional 10 minutes.
- Serve over cooked basmati rice.
