Butter Chicken
Ingredients
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 teaspoons garam masala
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
  • 1 (14.5 ounce) can tomato sauce
  • 3/4 cup heavy cream

Steps
  1. Heat butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken cubes and cook until browned.
  2. Add onion and garlic and cook until softened.
  3. Stir in garam masala, cumin, coriander, paprika, and cayenne pepper. Cook for 1 minute.
  4. Pour in tomato sauce and simmer for 15 minutes.
  5. Stir in cream and simmer for an additional 10 minutes.
  6. Serve over cooked basmati rice.
