- 1 package brownie mix
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup water
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
- In a large bowl, stir together the brownie mix, melted butter, eggs and water until blended.
- Pour batter into prepared pan.
- Bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Cool completely before adding ice cream.
- Top with additional ice cream and garnish with sprinkles as desired.
