- 6 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cups cooked sausage or bacon, crumbled
- 3 cups shredded cheese
- 3 cups cubed bread or biscuit
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- In a large bowl, beat together eggs, milk, salt and pepper.
- Stir in sausage, cheese and bread cubes.
- Pour into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
- Bake for 40 to 45 minutes in the preheated oven, until golden brown and center is set.
