Breakfast Burrito
Ingredients
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup diced onion
  • 1/4 cup diced bell peppers
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Steps
  1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the eggs and scramble until cooked through.
  2. Add the cheese, tomatoes, onion, and bell peppers to the pan. Cook until vegetables are softened.
  3. Remove from heat. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Divide the mixture between four tortillas, wrap up burrito-style and enjoy!
