In a large bowl, mix together the flour, salt, sugar and yeast.
Stir in the warm water and olive oil until blended.
Knead dough on a lightly floured surface for about 8 minutes. Place dough in an oiled bowl, cover with a damp cloth and let rise until doubled in size.
Punch down the dough and shape into rolls. Place on a greased baking sheet, cover with a damp cloth and let rise until doubled in size.
Bake at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
