Bread Rolls
Ingredients
  • 3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon white sugar
  • 2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast
  • 1 cup warm water (110 degrees F/45 degrees C)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Steps
  1. In a large bowl, mix together the flour, salt, sugar and yeast.
  2. Stir in the warm water and olive oil until blended.
  3. Knead dough on a lightly floured surface for about 8 minutes. Place dough in an oiled bowl, cover with a damp cloth and let rise until doubled in size.
  4. Punch down the dough and shape into rolls. Place on a greased baking sheet, cover with a damp cloth and let rise until doubled in size.
  5. Bake at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
