- 1 9-inch unbaked pie crust
- 4 cups fresh blueberries
- 3/4 cup white sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 3 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon butter
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the blueberries, sugar, cinnamon, cornstarch and salt.
- Pour the mixture into the pie crust.
- Dot with butter.
- Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool before serving.
