Blueberry Pie
Ingredients
  • 1 9-inch unbaked pie crust
  • 4 cups fresh blueberries
  • 3/4 cup white sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 3 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the blueberries, sugar, cinnamon, cornstarch and salt.
  3. Pour the mixture into the pie crust.
  4. Dot with butter.
  5. Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until golden brown.
  6. Allow to cool before serving.
